- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and black pepper over the chicken.
- Add cream cheese blocks on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred chicken directly in the slow cooker.
- Stir in the cream cheese to create a creamy mixture.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon, and stir to combine.
- Let cook an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and everything is heated through.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top before serving.
