Description

A quick and tasty way to incorporate the benefits of ashwagandha into your diet through gummies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened tart cherry juice
  • 2 tbsp agar agar powder
  • 1 tsp pure ashwagandha root powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • Gummy mold trays (silicone)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add the cherry juice and sprinkle in agar agar powder.
  2. Heat on medium and whisk continuously until the mixture begins to simmer and thicken (about 3–5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat. Let cool slightly, then stir in ashwagandha, lemon juice, and sweetener.
  4. Quickly pour into gummy molds before the mixture sets.
  5. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Pop out and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
