- 28 grams coconut oil or melted chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Place peanut butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and any coconut oil or melted chocolate in a food processor. Blend thoroughly, pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary.
- Add mini chocolate chips or chia seeds, either before blending for finer distribution or after for added texture, according to preference.
- Once the mixture reaches a smooth, cohesive dough, scoop and roll into uniform balls using the palms of your hands.
- Store bites in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate or freeze for longer shelf life.
