Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red and green sprinkles
  • Optional: Crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottoms of mini cheesecake liners or a mini muffin tin to form the crust layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  5. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and light.
  7. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling onto the chilled crusts, smoothing the tops.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
  9. Before serving, decorate with red and green sprinkles and optionally crushed candy canes for a festive touch.
