No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters are a sweet and salty treat that combines creamy peanut butter, crunchy pretzels, and rich chocolate for a delightful snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mini pretzels, roughly broken
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or mini muffin liners.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Fold in broken pretzels until evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over each cluster.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
