Description
A delightful Nutella Swiss Roll filled with whipped cream and topped with Kinder Bueno and hazelnuts.
Ingredients

- 3 large Eggs
- 75 g Caster sugar
- 50 g Plain flour, sieved
- 25 g Cocoa powder, sieved
- 115 g Nutella, warmed
- 200 ml Double cream
- ½ tbsp Icing sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract or paste
- 40 g Nutella, warmed (for decoration)
- 1 tbsp Chopped roasted hazelnuts (optional)
- 1 ½ Kinder Bueno bar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160C Fan/400F/Gas Mark 6 and line a swiss roll tin or a baking tray with baking paper.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar together for 8 minutes until it reaches ‘ribbon stage’.
- Gently fold in the flour and cocoa powder in three stages.
- Pour the mixture into the tin and spread it around before baking for 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and roll the sponge with clean baking paper, then let it cool completely.
- Unroll the sponge and spread a layer of warmed Nutella over it.
- Whip the double cream with icing sugar and vanilla, then spread most of it over the Nutella.
- Re-roll the sponge tightly and place it on a serving plate.
- Warm the Nutella for decoration and drizzle it over the swiss roll, then pipe or dollop the remaining whipped cream on top.
- Add Kinder Bueno pieces and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts if using.
- Serve immediately or store any leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days.

- Ensure ingredients are at room temperature.
- Roll the swiss roll while it is still hot from the oven.
- Use good quality cocoa powder for best flavor.
- Chopped roasted hazelnuts are optional.
- Weigh ingredients using digital kitchen scales for accuracy.
