Description

A creamy and flavorful dip that combines Kalamata and green olives, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kalamata olives (pitted)
  • 1 cup green olives (pitted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or oregano (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain and pat dry the olives, then roughly chop them for easier blending.
  2. Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add olives, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan cheese, then pulse to desired consistency.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and fold in parsley and optional herbs.
  5. Adjust texture and seasoning as needed.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve garnished with olive oil and herbs.
