- 1 cup Kalamata olives (pitted)
- 1 cup green olives (pitted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or oregano (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Drain and pat dry the olives, then roughly chop them for easier blending.
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add olives, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan cheese, then pulse to desired consistency.
- Transfer to a bowl and fold in parsley and optional herbs.
- Adjust texture and seasoning as needed.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve garnished with olive oil and herbs.
