Description

A delightful blend of peach flavor with a creamy cheesecake texture, topped with a crispy graham cracker crumble.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 9 graham cracker sheets, crumbled into little pieces
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3.4 ounces instant cheesecake pudding mix (unprepared)
  • 1 cup liquid French vanilla creamer
  • 8 medium peaches (about 4 pounds), pitted and cut into bite-size pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and bubbly.
  3. Add crumbled graham crackers to the mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Spread onto the baking sheet, sprinkle with granulated sugar, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add pudding mix, then slowly add creamer, beating continuously to ensure a creamy texture.
  7. Gently fold in chopped peaches.
  8. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, top with the cooled graham cracker crumble.

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • You can substitute with any preferred fruit combination.
