Description
Delicious Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls infused with peach jam, topped with a crumbly topping and cream cheese icing.

- 1 cup Milk, warmed to 110°F
- 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast, 1 packet or 11 grams
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten room temperature
- 4 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
- 10 TBSP Unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, room temperature (for filling)
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed light or dark (for filling)
- 1/2 TBSP Ground cinnamon (for filling)
- 1/8 tsp Salt (for filling)
- 16 oz Peaches, or 3–4 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup White granulated sugar (for peach jam)
- 1 TBSP Lemon juice (for peach jam)
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed light or dark (for topping)
- 1/4 cup White granulated sugar (for topping)
- 1/2 TBSP Ground cinnamon (for topping)
- 1/4 tsp Salt (for topping)
- 1 1/4 cup All-purpose flour (for topping)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
- 4 oz Cream cheese, room temperature (for icing)
- 4 TBSP Unsalted butter, room temperature (for icing)
- 2 tsp Pure vanilla extract (for icing)
- 1 cup Powdered sugar, sifted (for icing)
- 1–2 TBSP Milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Warm the milk in the microwave until 110°F. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar. Add the cubed butter and cut into the flour.
- Add the milk/yeast mixture and lightly beaten eggs. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°F. Place dough in a sprayed bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- In a medium saucepan, mix peaches, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes until it becomes a jam. Let cool.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crumb topping ingredients and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Using a mixer, beat filling ingredients until smooth. Roll out dough, spread filling, followed by the cooled jam and half of the crumb topping.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 even rolls. Place in a sprayed 9X13-inch pan and let rise for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and bake rolls for 23-26 minutes until golden.
- For icing, beat butter and cream cheese, then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add milk until desired consistency.
- Spread icing on hot rolls and sprinkle with remaining crumb topping. Serve warm.
Notes
- For the dough, you can also make it by hand if you don’t have a stand mixer.
- Feel free to use store-bought peach jam as a shortcut.
- The rolls can be served warm for the best taste experience.
