A delicious Peanut Butter and Jelly Cobbler that combines the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly into a warm, comforting dessert.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup fruit preserves or jelly (your choice of flavor)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Optional toppings: Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually pour into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of jelly evenly over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the batter.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Notes
- Be careful not to overmix the batter; a few lumps are normal.
- Use your favorite jelly flavor for a personal touch.
