Description

A delicious Peanut Butter and Jelly Cobbler that combines the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly into a warm, comforting dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup fruit preserves or jelly (your choice of flavor)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional toppings: Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually pour into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of jelly evenly over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the batter.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
