Description

Pepper Jelly & Cream Cheese Pinwheels are a delightful and easy-to-make appetizer, perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro)
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pepper jelly, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle chopped herbs and sliced bell peppers evenly across the surface.
  4. Starting at one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a platter to serve.
