A delightful and festive bread combining the flavors of peppermint, mocha, and white chocolate, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup white chocolate peppermint baking chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Spray your 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with a nonstick baking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add the flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and cocoa. Whisk to combine and set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the sour cream, eggs, and butter. Mix on medium until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on medium until well combined.
- Gently stir in the white chocolate peppermint baking chips and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into your prepared loaf pan. Top with crushed peppermint.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool in a loaf pan for 10 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the loaf pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Drizzle with fudge sauce and crushed peppermint.
Notes
- Make sure the eggs are at room temperature for better mixing.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use a stronger instant coffee.
- Store leftover bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
