A delicious twist on traditional pizza, these Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Quesadillas are perfect for a quick meal or snack.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil, for cooking
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Top with pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Fold the tortilla in half to close, forming a half-moon shape.
- Lightly grease the skillet with butter or oil and cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let rest for 1 minute, then slice into wedges.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping, and garnish with basil or red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier quesadilla, add crushed red pepper flakes.
- Fresh basil can add a nice touch of flavor and garnish.
