Ingredients

- 1 puff pastry sheet (from a box of two, thawed according to package directions)
- ¼ cup prepared pesto
- 1 cup grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese
Instructions
- Unwrap the thawed puff pastry sheet and slice in half.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of prepared pesto on each half.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of grated cheese over the pesto.
- Roll the pastry tightly from the long side and seal the edge with water.
- Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line cookie sheets with parchment.
- Slice the chilled rolls into ½ inch thick pieces.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
