Instructions
- Peel and core the pineapple, then chop into bite-size pieces. Chop the English cucumber into similar sized pieces. Roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, cucumber, and cilantro.
- Zest and juice the limes over the mixture, ensuring even distribution.
- Gently toss all ingredients to coat with lime juice and zest.
- Season with salt and black pepper as desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
