- 120 g fresh golden pineapple, finely diced and well drained
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 24 g icing sugar
Instructions
- Create a well in the center of the graham crumbs in a medium mixing bowl. Add granulated sugar to the well and pour in the melted butter. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

- Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
- Gradually blend in the icing sugar until a very stiff frosting forms. Gently fold in the finely diced pineapple.
- Spread the pineapple frosting evenly over the prepared crumb base. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Whip the cream with vanilla extract and icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream evenly over the set pineapple frosting layer.
