A delicious and comforting casserole made with mini bagels, pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, perfect for any pizza lover.

- 6 plain mini bagels, split and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped regular pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (red or green)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the bagel pieces evenly along the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle half of the pizza sauce over the bagels. Sprinkle with half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Distribute half of the pepperoni, olives, diced bell pepper, and sliced red onion over the cheese. Sprinkle with half of the Italian herbs.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining sauce, cheeses, toppings, and herbs to form a second layer.
- Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before sprinkling with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve warm.

- Feel free to customize with any of your favorite pizza toppings.
- This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
