Praline Crunch is a deliciously sweet and crunchy treat made from a mixture of butter, brown sugar, and nuts.

- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 2 cups Chopped Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat until smooth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it bubble for 4–5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, baking soda, and almonds.
- Quickly pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly.
- Let cool completely until firm.
- Break into shards and store in an airtight container.
