- 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 2 tablespoons whipped cream
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
Instructions
- Gather your gear (blender or food processor).
- Blend the pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
- If the mousse looks grainy, blend for another 10-15 seconds.
- Scoop the mixture into small bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Add optional toppings before serving, such as whipped cream or chopped pecans.
- Serve and enjoy!
