Quick and easy wraps made with just two ingredients: cottage cheese and eggs.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, pepper, or dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and optional seasonings until smooth and pourable.
- Heat a greased nonstick skillet over low for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour ⅓ cup batter into the pan and swirl into a thin circle.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes until the top is dry and edges lift, then flip and cook for 1–2 minutes more.
- Let cool slightly and repeat with remaining batter.
Notes
- Makes 4–5 wraps.
- Feel free to customize with additional seasonings.
