Description

Quick and easy wraps made with just two ingredients: cottage cheese and eggs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, pepper, or dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and optional seasonings until smooth and pourable.
  2. Heat a greased nonstick skillet over low for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Pour ⅓ cup batter into the pan and swirl into a thin circle.
  4. Cook for 3–5 minutes until the top is dry and edges lift, then flip and cook for 1–2 minutes more.
  5. Let cool slightly and repeat with remaining batter.
