Description
Raspberry Pastry Twists are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert made with flaky puff pastry and sweet raspberry jam.
Ingredients

- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- ½ cup raspberry seedless jam (or any flavor)
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour your work surface.
- Roll out the pastry into a 12×16 inch rectangle and cut it in half, creating 2 rectangles.
- Spread ¼ cup of jam evenly onto one rectangle.
- Place the second rectangle on top and press down lightly.
- Cut the pastry into ½ inch width strips, then cut each strip in half lengthwise.
- Pinch the ends of each strip and twist.
- Place the twists on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
- Dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving (optional).
Notes
- Experiment with different flavors of jam if desired.
- These pastry twists are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
