- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped finely
- 1 jalapeno, chopped finely
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped finely
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Press some raspberries with a spatula to release their juices and mix well.
- Adjust salt and sweetness as per taste.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
