Description
Rice Krispie Cheddar Crackers are a crunchy and flavorful snack made with sharp cheddar cheese and Rice Krispies cereal.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Add in the shredded cheddar and softened butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, being careful not to crush them too much.
- Roll the dough into small 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or the bottom of a glass.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until edges are golden and crackers are crisp.
- Cool completely on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
