Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage and softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add the drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the sausage mixture. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
