- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Toast shredded coconut and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and melted chocolate.
