Description

A delicious Samoa Cheesecake that combines the flavors of caramel, chocolate, and toasted coconut for a sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Toast shredded coconut and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce and melted chocolate.
