Instructions
- Brown 1 lb of breakfast sausage, drain the grease, and set aside.
- Prepare pancake mix following the instructions on the box. Add the browned sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and syrup. Stir together until combined.
- Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Pour the pancake batter onto the sheet pan and spread it out evenly.
