- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 count)
- 4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and halved lengthwise
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on the wide end of each triangle.
- Top with half a sausage link and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute sausage with bacon or plant-based alternatives.
- Use pre-cooked sausage for quicker prep.
- These roll-ups can be made ahead and reheated in the microwave.
