- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet until browned (5–7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour egg mixture into the skillet. Cook gently until edges set; stir until creamy.
- Combine cooked sausage and cheese with the eggs.
- Spoon filling onto tortillas, fold sides in and roll tightly.
- Optionally toast in a skillet for crispiness.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
