Description

Delicious breakfast roll-ups made with sausage, eggs, and cheese wrapped in flour tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 1 package breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a large skillet until browned (5–7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Pour egg mixture into the skillet. Cook gently until edges set; stir until creamy.
  5. Combine cooked sausage and cheese with the eggs.
  6. Spoon filling onto tortillas, fold sides in and roll tightly.
  7. Optionally toast in a skillet for crispiness.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
