Description

A delightful and festive dessert inspired by the classic Shamrock Shake, featuring mint, vanilla pudding, and fluffy toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ¼ cups cold milk
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • 35 drops green food coloring (adjust to desired shade)
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup mint chocolate chips or chopped Andes mints
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Extra mini chocolate chips, for garnish
  • Green sprinkles or sugar pearls (optional, for decoration)
  • Maraschino cherries (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk continuously for about 1–2 minutes, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
  2. Stir in the mint extract. Add 3–5 drops of green food coloring and whisk until evenly combined.
  3. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture using a spatula until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows and mint chocolate chips (or chopped Andes mints) until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend flavors and thicken.
  6. Spoon the chilled fluff into serving bowls or cups. Top with whipped cream, extra mini chocolate chips, and optional garnishes. Serve cold.
