- 1 ¼ cups cold milk
- ½ teaspoon mint extract
- 3–5 drops green food coloring (adjust to desired shade)
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup mint chocolate chips or chopped Andes mints
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Extra mini chocolate chips, for garnish
- Green sprinkles or sugar pearls (optional, for decoration)
- Maraschino cherries (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk continuously for about 1–2 minutes, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
- Stir in the mint extract. Add 3–5 drops of green food coloring and whisk until evenly combined.
- Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture using a spatula until fully combined and fluffy.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and mint chocolate chips (or chopped Andes mints) until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend flavors and thicken.
- Spoon the chilled fluff into serving bowls or cups. Top with whipped cream, extra mini chocolate chips, and optional garnishes. Serve cold.
