A creamy and flavorful slow cooker dish featuring tender chicken breasts cooked in a ranch dressing sauce.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup green beans (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- If using, add the green beans to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 30 minutes before the cooking time is up, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt into the creamy sauce.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, you can add more cream cheese.
- Serve over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
