Description

S’Mores Crunchwrap Ores are a delicious concoction that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a fun and easy-to-make wrap.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs plus extra for topping
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce optional plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil or additional butter for the pan

Instructions

  1. Stir the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl until the mixture looks like damp sand and clumps slightly when pressed.
  2. Warm each flour tortilla in a dry skillet over low heat for 15 to 20 seconds per side until soft and pliable, then stack on a plate and cover with a towel to keep warm.
  3. Lay one warm tortilla flat and spread about 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff in the center, leaving a wide border around the edges for folding.
  4. Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips over the marshmallow layer, then add 2 tablespoons of the buttered graham crumbs and a light drizzle of caramel sauce if using.
  5. Fold the tortilla into a crunchwrap by bringing one edge up over the filling, then continue folding around in overlapping pleats until the filling is completely enclosed in a sealed packet.
  6. Repeat the filling and folding process with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients to make 4 crunchwraps.
  7. Heat the neutral oil or a thin layer of butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  8. Place the crunchwraps seam side down in the hot skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are deeply golden, crisp, and the filling inside feels melted and soft.
  9. While the crunchwraps cook, melt the remaining chocolate chips with the heavy cream or milk in a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, stirring until smooth and pourable.
  10. Transfer the hot crunchwraps to a cutting board, drizzle with the warm chocolate sauce and extra caramel, sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs, slice into halves or quarters, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, consider adding nuts to the filling.
  • Adjust the sweetness of the chocolate sauce by adding more or less cream.
  • These can be made ahead of time and reheated in a skillet.
