- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chunks
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (for topping)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and orange zest.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chunks and dried cranberries.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–24 minutes.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and spread over cooled bars.
- Sprinkle with remaining cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Chill for 30 minutes before slicing into triangles.
