Delicious and soft cranberry bliss bars inspired by Starbucks, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chunks
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and orange zest.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chunks and dried cranberries.
  7. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–24 minutes.
  8. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  9. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and spread over cooled bars.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  11. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing into triangles.
