- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and hollow out bread rolls.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Brush bread with garlic butter and toast for 8–10 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain.
- Sauté onion in olive oil, then add garlic.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce and seasonings, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine spaghetti with sauce.
- Fill bread bowls with spaghetti mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground meat with mushrooms or plant-based meat.
- Make sure to toast the bread rolls well for better structural integrity.
