Ingredients

- 2 packs Korean instant ramen noodles (like Shin Ramyun or Buldak)
- 250g beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp water (optional, to thin sauce)
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: Mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat beef slices and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Prepare Creamy Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and water until smooth.
- Cook Ramen: Boil noodles per package instructions, drain slightly, and mix in seasoning packets.
- Grill the Beef: Heat oil in a pan or grill. Cook beef until caramelized and slightly charred, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Assemble the Bowl: Serve noodles in bowls, top with grilled beef, drizzle with creamy sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, and add chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang and sriracha.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bok choy or spinach for extra nutrition.
