Ingredients

  • 2 packs Korean instant ramen noodles (like Shin Ramyun or Buldak)
  • 250g beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp water (optional, to thin sauce)
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef: Mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat beef slices and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare Creamy Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and water until smooth.
  3. Cook Ramen: Boil noodles per package instructions, drain slightly, and mix in seasoning packets.
  4. Grill the Beef: Heat oil in a pan or grill. Cook beef until caramelized and slightly charred, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Assemble the Bowl: Serve noodles in bowls, top with grilled beef, drizzle with creamy sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, and add chopped green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang and sriracha.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like bok choy or spinach for extra nutrition.
