Description

Delicious Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells filled with creamy ricotta and fresh spinach, topped with mozzarella and marinara sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook shells until al dente.
  2. Mix ricotta + spinach + half the mozzarella.
  3. Stuff shells and place in baking dish over marinara.
  4. Top with remaining mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes.
