Delicious Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells filled with creamy ricotta and fresh spinach, topped with mozzarella and marinara sauce.
Ingredients

- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Cook shells until al dente.
- Mix ricotta + spinach + half the mozzarella.
- Stuff shells and place in baking dish over marinara.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the shells to prevent them from breaking.
- Feel free to add herbs like basil or parsley for extra flavor.
