Ingredients

- 2 Ribeye or sirloin steaks, boneless
- 1/4 cup Basil or parsley, fresh
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Beef broth
- 12 oz Pasta
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook to your preferred doneness, then remove from the pan and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and red pepper flakes, then slice the steaks and place them over the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steaks with herbs before cooking.
- Adjust the creaminess of the sauce by adding or reducing heavy cream.
