- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add sugar, salt, melted butter, and gradually mix in flour until smooth dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8 minutes until elastic; place in a greased bowl to rise (1 hour).
- Prepare filling by mixing softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and diced strawberries.
- Roll out risen dough and cut into squares; place filling in the center of each square.
- Fold squares into triangles; let rise again for 30 minutes before baking at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes.

- Ensure the milk is warm but not hot to avoid killing the yeast.
