- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to create a light and fluffy texture.
- Place the cheesecake filling in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the other layers.
- In a small bowl, combine the pureed strawberries with sugar, adjusting sweetness to taste.
- Stir in the cornstarch until fully combined.
- Take a small amount of cheesecake filling (about 1 tablespoon) and roll it into a ball.
- Place the cheesecake balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze them for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the cheesecake balls from the freezer and dip each ball into the strawberry coating.
- Roll the coated cheesecake ball in the graham cracker crunch mixture until evenly coated.
- Return the coated bites to the parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
