Ingredients

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
- Add softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- If the dough is too dry, add 1-2 tbsp milk, one at a time, until a moldable consistency forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- These protein balls can be rolled in shredded coconut or chopped nuts for added texture.
