Scale
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1½ cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- ½ cup red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for extra balance)
Instructions
- Dice strawberries and pineapple into small, even chunks. Finely dice the red onion, jalapeño, and chop the cilantro.
