- 6 wooden sticks or decorative straws
- 3 cups white chocolate melting wafers (or white almond bark)
- ½ cup strawberry-flavored candy melts (for drizzle)
- 1 cup Golden Oreo cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed into crumbs)
- Fresh strawberry slices (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Insert sticks into the top of each apple, ensuring they are dry.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate wafers in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each apple into melted white chocolate, turning to coat evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Immediately dip the bottom half into crushed Oreos mixed with freeze-dried strawberries.
- Place apples on parchment paper to set.
- Melt strawberry candy melts and drizzle over coated apples for a striped design.
- If desired, top with fresh strawberry slices (press gently before chocolate hardens).
- Let apples harden completely at room temperature or in the fridge.
- Serve within 1–2 days for best freshness.
