- 1 cup strawberries, washed, dried, and hulled
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 oz light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk (regular or almond)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain Greek yogurt)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or four to six paper or plastic cups.
- Insert sticks into each and place them in the freezer.
- Freeze until firm, about 4–6 hours, then enjoy.
