Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF and line baking sheet with parchment paper for effortless cooking and cleanup.
- Whisk melted butter with paprika, red pepper flakes, crushed garlic, and dried parsley. Divide mixture, reserving half for final garnish.
- Slice shell lengthwise, keeping meat intact. Separate bottom membrane, lift meat atop shell while maintaining tail connection.
- Position lobster tails on prepared sheet, brush meat with initial butter mixture, and sprinkle with smoked salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 135ºF, ensuring succulent, perfectly cooked seafood.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with reserved butter mixture. Serve immediately with additional garlic butter and fresh lemon wedges to complement rich flavors.
