- 2 ½ cups water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
- Place the rice in a medium saucepan and add 2 ½ cups of water.
- Bring the water and rice to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan.
- Simmer the rice for about 18-20 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
- Remove the rice from the heat and let it sit, covered, for 10 minutes to steam.
- In a small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Transfer the cooked rice to a large bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture.
- Let the rice cool to room temperature.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shred the imitation crab meat into small, bite-sized pieces and place it in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and softened cream cheese to the bowl with the crab meat.
- Stir the mixture until it is well combined and creamy.
- Crush the nori sheet into small pieces and fold it into the crab mixture.
- Spread the cooled sushi rice evenly in the bottom of a baking dish, pressing it down gently.
- Evenly spread the crab and cream cheese mixture on top of the rice.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of the sushi bake.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions on top for a fresh finish.
- Serve the sushi bake with a spoon or in small portions and enjoy.
