- 1 lb Sausage, smoked
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Hot pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the hot pepper jelly, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar to create the glaze.
- Toss the sausage pieces in the glaze until fully coated.
- Place the glazed sausage bites on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and glazed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more hot pepper jelly.
- Can be served with toothpicks for easy eating.
