- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon mounds of shredded mozzarella onto the sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle each mound with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Add 3–4 mini pepperoni slices on top of each cheese mound.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
- Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container once cooled.
Notes
- For extra spice, feel free to add red pepper flakes or chili powder.
- These chips are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
