Description

Tasty Keto Chips are a crunchy and flavorful snack that are easy to make and perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon mounds of shredded mozzarella onto the sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  4. Sprinkle each mound with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Add 3–4 mini pepperoni slices on top of each cheese mound.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
  7. Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container once cooled.

Notes

  • For extra spice, feel free to add red pepper flakes or chili powder.
  • These chips are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
