- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons warm water
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper until just incorporated.
- Divide turkey mixture into four equal portions and form into uniform patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high and lightly oil the surface prior to cooking.
- Grill or pan-cook patties 5 to 6 minutes per side until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.

- Serve immediately, accompanied by extra peanut sauce if desired.
