Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) chunk Tuna in water, light
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 3 Eggs, hard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Mustard, yellow
  • 1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish
  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the canned tuna, chopped celery, garlic powder, parsley, red onion, and diced hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, sweet pickle relish, black pepper, and salt to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Once the macaroni has cooled, add it to the mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
