- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups quality tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, and egg until just combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While baking, heat tomato sauce in a skillet over medium heat. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
