Tzatziki Chicken Salad is a refreshing and flavorful meal made with shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cucumber, and herbs.

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
- ½ cup cucumber, finely diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, dill, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir well.
- Add in the cooked chicken, cucumber, and red onion. Toss until everything is coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve in lettuce wraps, pita bread, or over a bed of greens. Enjoy!

- This salad can be served as a dip with vegetables or on a sandwich.
- For a lower calorie option, use low-fat Greek yogurt.
